Arya have a Ph.D. in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, India. She has a Master degree in Clinical Nutrition from IHM-Pusa, New Delhi. She has more than 15 years of vigorous experience in clinical Nutrition, specializing in weight loss and metabolic disease treatment through complete lifestyle modification.

She is the Course Director of Bariatric Nutrition Certificate Course “BNCC” since last 8 years. She has conducted many training courses in Bariatric Nutrition to train dieticians in this novel field.

She is also an Assistant Professor and Course Director of Post Graduate Course (PGCC) in Bariatrics and Clinical Nutrition at Karnavati University.

She has many research publications in national and International journals. Additionally, she has been a mentor in the physical and online internship program for M.Sc. Students and practicing dietitians across India.

Her diet concepts and lifestyle coaching techniques has helped hundreds of patients to lose weight.
